What You’ll Actually Be Doing
Call and Qualify Warm Land Seller Leads : You won’t be starting from scratch all leads you contact have already shown interest in selling their land. Your job is to guide them through a qualification process using our proven scripts and frameworks. You’ll ask the right questions, build rapport, and uncover the motivation that drives each seller.
Negotiate Over the Phone : This is where your closing skills shine. Once a lead is qualified, you’ll present offers, overcome objections, and lock in verbal agreements. You’ll be supported with underwriting guidance to price offers correctly but the conversation is yours to own. Your voice is the first real touchpoint in a deal, and we trust you to drive it forward.
Log Conversations in the CRM (Pipedrive & GoHighLevel) :Our backend is highly organized, and so are we. You’ll be expected to log every call, update every lead status, and maintain accurate notes inside our CRMs. If it’s not in the system, it doesn’t exist. Your discipline here ensures speed, visibility, and handoff readiness for the next step in the pipeline.
Collaborate with Underwriting & Closing Team :You’re not in this alone. Once a seller is ready to move forward, you’ll work closely with our underwriting analysts to finalize offer details, then pass the deal to our closing team. Your job is to set the table clean, clear, and on time so deals flow through the system without friction or delay.

None. You’ll be onboarded into our complete system, including GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, a power dialer, and automations. Everything is already set up for speed and clarity just log in and get to work.
Yes, this is a commission-based role. However, our closers average between $8,000–$12,000 per month depending on volume and consistency. The $150/month access fee covers all backend support and tools, so you can operate like a professional, not a freelancer.
You get a full operational system including CRM access, deal evaluation support, a processor who handles title and admin, a disposition manager to resell properties you close, coaching from a sales manager, and consistent lead flow. This is everything you'd pay thousands for if you built it yourself already done for you.
